There are five (5) positions available on the Board of Directors. You may cast your votes for the candidates you believe will best represent the community’s interests and ensure effective leadership.

Cumulative voting allows you to "stack" your votes. Instead of being limited to one vote per candidate, you are given a total "pool" of votes that you can distribute however you choose
Since there are 5 positions open on the board, every household gets 5 votes total
How can I cast my 5 votes?
You have total flexibility! You can:
Give all 5 votes to one person.
Split your 5 votes between two or three people.
Give 1 vote each to five different people.

To give our team the best chance of securing a majority on the board, we recommend a strategic approach to your ballot. Since there are five (5) positions available, each household has a total of five (5) votes to cast.
Under "Cumulative Voting" rules (check your ballot for confirmation), you have the flexibility to distribute those 5 votes however you choose. To maximize our impact and ensure a board that works for the homeowners, you can:
Split your 5 votes among our three preferred candidates (e.g., 2 for Birva, 2 for Desmond, and 1 for Rahul).
