During this time, I have actively and consistently participated in community meetings, listened to resident concerns, and advocated for improvements that benefit all of us. I’m running for the HOA Board because I believe our community deserves organized leadership, timely execution of projects, and transparent communication.
As an engineering manager, I bring a skill set built on planning, coordination, and accountability. My professional work involves evaluating complex problems, creating well-structured solutions, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and responsibly. I know how to work with diverse teams, align priorities, and make decisions based on data, timelines, and impact — the same qualities needed to manage our community effectively.
Our property has many strengths, but also several long-standing issues that require consistent follow-through: deferred maintenance, incomplete projects, slow responses, and a lack of clear communication. I am committed to tackling these challenges head-on. My goal is to help restore momentum by improving oversight, setting realistic timelines, and ensuring homeowners receive honest updates along the way.
