I am running for the Alta Mar Villas Board of Directors with a proven record of service. I’ve lived in our community since 2006 and have served on the Board since 2017. During that time, I’ve worked to strengthen our community, including creating a successful homeowner committee that fosters collaboration and engagement.

My intent in running for the Board is simple: to continue leveraging my experience to build a more unified and responsive Board, focused on protecting your investment and maintaining a safe, high-quality living environment that reflects the priorities of every Alta Mar resident.

We have a wonderful community, and I want to help make it even better by ensuring the Board operates as a genuine partner with all residents. My focus is on fostering a truly unified Alta Mar Villas, where our shared vision translates directly into thoughtful Board action and noticeable improvements.

My professional background is well suited to the financial and operational needs of Alta Mar Villas. I bring 19 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent, providing the financial insight necessary to protect property values, responsibly manage reserves, and keep HOA expenses under control. This includes extensive experience negotiating and managing high-value contracts on behalf of clients.

Complementing this financial expertise is my background as a Telecommunications Broadband Service Technician, which gives me a practical, hands-on understanding of infrastructure and utilities. This technical knowledge allows me to accurately evaluate vendor proposals, avoid unnecessary repair costs, and ensure Alta Mar Villas receives quality work at fair value from service providers.
